The West Virginia Innocence Project is working to end wrongful convictions in West Virginia, both by representing individual clients and advocating for systemic reforms to our criminal justice system. Financial support allows us to investigate cases, obtain DNA testing of evidence, seek assistance from experts, and visit our clients in prison.
